Acceler8 Talent is seeking a Design Verification Lead for one of the leading semiconductor/AI startups. This position can be based in the San Francisco Bay Area or Pittsburgh, PA.

They aim to create the world's most energy-efficient general-purpose computer processor, utilizing technology that consumes 100 times less energy than leading ultra-low-power processors. This efficiency enables continuous AI/ML operations on a single AA battery for 5-10 years, empowering IoT devices to gather crucial data for the next AI/ML revolution.

They seek an experienced Design Verification Lead specializing in SoC verification to drive the next phase of computing. You will oversee verification efforts for their first-generation product, crafting specifications and a test plan to ensure high-quality SoCs, while collaborating with engineering teams and third-party service providers.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop SoC specifications and create digital verification plans.
- Design reusable test benches and manage external verification service providers.
- Act as a liaison between service providers and engineering teams.
- Analyze coverage reports and support gate-level simulations.
- Help build a verification dashboard and improve internal processes.

Required Qualifications:
- 2+ years in Digital SoC Verification project management.
- Proficient in System Verilog test benches.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field; Master's preferred.
- Experience in developing verification infrastructure and automation scripting.
- Knowledge of computer architecture and UVM/OVM methodologies is a plus.
