We are a well-funded MIT spinout currently seeking a talented and driven individual to help shape our patented Machine Learning Routing platform. As a Research Data Scientist, you will have the opportunity to work with state-of-the-art optimization and AI-based prediction research to build data science tools that will enhance our platform and enable us to scale on a global level.

Key responsibilities of this role include:
- Developing and implementing algorithms and models to analyze data and generate insights
- Building data science tools to support routing and planning recommendations based on historical data
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to design, develop and test new features and functionalities for our platform
The ideal candidate will have:
- A Ph.D. or Master's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics or a related field
- Experience with machine learning, deep learning and data analysis tools such as Python, R, MATLAB, or similar
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
