We’re partnering with a fast-growing AI company rebuilding one of the world’s largest legacy industries with applied AI. They’re building core infrastructure and deploying multi-modal, agentic AI systems into production for major enterprise customers. They’re now making a big push on Forward Deployed Engineering hires. They’re looking for agentic builders who can combine strong engineering ability with customer ownership, product sense and fast execution

The company has already:

• Reached multi-7-figure ARR in under a year

• Grown rapidly with leading enterprise customers

• Raised significant funding from tier-one investors

• Built a team from elite engineering, AI, quant and startup backgrounds

• Created a high-agency, high-performance engineering culture

You’ll work across:

• Deploying agentic AI systems into production

• Owning customer deployments from scoping through go-live

• Building AI agents, workflows, integrations and prototypes

• Working directly with senior customer stakeholders

• Translating complex business problems into technical solutions

• Partnering with internal engineering and product teams

• Writing code, owning outcomes and driving projects forward

The ideal Candidate:

• Strong engineering background with the ability to build across the stack

• Experience in applied AI, agent engineering, product engineering or FDE

• Comfortable with Python, APIs, cloud platforms and modern AI tooling

• Able to communicate clearly with technical and non-technical stakeholders

• High agency, strong product sense and a history of ownership

• Excited by customer-facing work, not just sitting behind the product

• Able to pass a strong technical bar and run a client room with confidence

• Former founders or founding engineers

• Applied AI engineers with customer exposure

• Product engineers from high-growth AI companies

• Engineers from FDE-heavy cultures

• Engineers who have owned both technical delivery and customer relationships
