Meet Sam, one of the first Graduate Consultants to join Understanding Recruitment.

Through his tenure, he has grown teams and divisions that focus on very specific areas of the software engineering spectrum, and by doing so, the teams are now able to provide highly specialist candidates for the most niche technology requirements in both the UK and US.

Sam's favorite part of his role is seeing the team achieve key milestones in both their recruitment and personal lives.

A fun fact about Sam is that he used to play rugby for Saracens at junior level.
