Meet Dale, a seasoned technology recruitment professional with over 20 years of experience in the industry.

After achieving a degree in Journalism, he joined the UK's largest technology recruitment firm, where he successfully progressed for 8 years before co-founding Understanding Recruitment with Chris in 2007.

Dale's favorite thing about his role is watching people's progression through the business over time.

When he's not busy with his family, Dale can be found at the gym, playing football, or on the golf course.

An interesting fact about Dale is that he lived in Italy between the ages of 3 and 5 and spoke almost fluent Italian – sadly, all forgotten!
