Emily began her recruitment career in 2013, focusing on the Education sector. In 2016, she transitioned to Internal Recruitment at Understanding Recruitment, where she now leads our global Talent Acquisition team.

Emily takes pride in being a part of our significant growth and finds joy in watching the professionals she recruits develop and reach their full potential.

Outside of work, Emily is a proud mom who loves to coordinate matching outfits with her son. She's excited to balance her career with motherhood and help us achieve our ambitious growth targets.
