Lisa joined Understanding Recruitment as our Contracts and Compliance Manager in early 2017, leveraging her expertise in law and previous experience in IT recruitment. Since then, she has completed her level 5 CIPD qualification and advanced to become the Head of HR & Compliance.

Lisa loves the challenge of her role, as it requires her to stay up-to-date with ever-changing legislation and constantly adapt to new obstacles. She takes pride in continually improving both herself and the business. 

 Beyond work, Lisa is a fan of traveling and staying active, regularly playing netball and exploring new places. She also values spending time with friends and socializing over good food and drink. 

Fun fact: Lisa once went bungee jumping in New Zealand!
