After establishing his recruitment career in the UK, Luke decided to move to New York City for a new challenge at the end of 2019, before joining Acceler8 Talent in Boston, Massachusetts at the beginning of 2021.

Luke has a wealth of experience recruiting in Machine Learning and AI and specializes in Hardware and AI acceleration. By building longer-term relationships with clients and candidates alike, Luke better understands their needs over time and can in turn add real value.

In his free time, Luke loves watching movies, going to the gym, playing team sports, and exploring the American outdoors.

Fun Fact: Luke once cycled from England to Germany and upon completion decided distance cycling wasn't for him.

Luke's favorite place in Boston Back Bay Neighborhood - interesting architecture and it's right by the river.
