Looking for a chance to work directly with founders, drive strategy, and make an immediate impact? I’m hiring for a rapidly scaling InsurTech startup backed by top-tier investors (including Y Combinator) with $13M+ in funding and big ambitions to dominate the market.
This is a high-impact, hands-on role where you’ll work across multiple functions, tackle complex challenges, and play a key part in shaping company growth.
📍 Location: NYC | 6 days/week in-office
💵 Compensation: ~$120K + bonuses, benefits, PTO, 401(k) match
What You’ll Do:
- Lead strategic, high-impact projects across Sales, Product, Ops, and Finance
- Support go-to-market initiatives and product pilots
- Build dashboards, surface insights, and influence executive decisions
- Partner with leadership to scale the team and drive operational improvements
