Hiring: DevOps Engineer (On-site | NYC | $200K–$250K base + Equity)
We’re building next-gen AI infrastructure that accelerates scientific discovery — blending machine learning, materials science, and cloud systems to reinvent how R&D happens. 🧪⚡
As a DevOps Engineer, you’ll design and scale secure GPU and HPC infrastructure, automate everything with Terraform and CI/CD, and ensure our AI workflows run fast, reliably, and securely. You’ll collaborate with top-tier engineers and researchers shaping the future of generative materials science.
What you’ll work on:
⚙️ Build and optimize CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, CircleCI)
☁️ Deploy on cloud + on-prem (AWS, GCP, Azure)
🐳 Containerization + orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes)
🔒 Integrate security, observability, and IaC (Terraform, Datadog, Grafana)
💡 Support GPU, ML, and high-performance compute workflows
You bring:
DevOps / Platform experience, Python or Bash scripting, IaC mastery, and a security-first mindset.
Bonus if you’ve touched MLOps, HPC, or GPU orchestration.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
Minimum 4 years experience in relevant field
