best-in-class silicon for high-performance and sustainable Generative AI. If

As the Director of Software, you will oversee all of
the software engineers and efforts, including the overall execution and
delivery of compilers and kernels for the company's hardware and support the
technical leads on the team in developing and maintaining their technical
direction and roadmap.
This role may be right for you if you have:
- Delivered a working software stack for an ML accelerator
- Managed teams of 20+
- Expertise in ML compliers and ML kernel development
This is a hybrid role in Mountain View, CA.
Compensation is $500,000 + equity + benefits.
