Full Stack / Applied AI Engineer

A missed fuel truck. A late baggage team. A gate change that never reaches the right person. One small disruption can trigger hours of delays across an airport.

Our client is building a real-time, self-healing orchestration platform that predicts operational conflicts and coordinates action directly with airport ground teams.

With $3.3M in pre-seed funding and a live airport deployment, they’re hiring a Full Stack / Applied AI Engineer to work closely with the founders.

What we’re looking for:

• A degree from a leading university, with a strong academic record.
• 2+ years of engineering experience, ideally at a leading technology company or high-calibre, product-led startup.
• Strong full-stack skills: TypeScript on the front end and Python on the backend.
• Experience building and shipping LLM-powered products.
• Good product sense, with a track record of building intuitive interfaces and useful features.
• High ownership, initiative and comfort working in a small, fast-moving team.

What you’ll do:

• Own features end to end, building intuitive TypeScript interfaces and Python backend services.
• Build and ship LLM-powered products and AI agents that help airport teams predict disruptions and coordinate action.
• Work closely with founders and users to turn operational problems into useful, reliable software.
