Fullstack Engineer

About the Role:

We’re hiring for a front-end–focused full stack engineer who excels in React and TypeScript, with proven experience delivering modern, high-quality UIs using effective state management patterns. The ideal candidate is fluent in AI-assisted development tools such as Cursor and Claude Code, using them daily to boost velocity and maintain strong code hygiene.

Our stack features React (Vite) on the frontend and a FastAPI, Python 3.12, SQLAlchemy, and Postgres backend. This role is not customer-facing, but strong communication and documentation skills are valued.

Core Requirements:

● Expert-level proficiency in React and TypeScript

● Strong grasp of typing, prop design, and data fetching using React Query

● Comfortable working in monorepo environments and following the GitHub Flow branching strategy

● Adheres to high code standards around structure, Prettier, Axios, flexbox layouts, and functional decomposition

● Regular use of AI-powered coding tools (Cursor, Claude Code, Lovable, v0) in daily development

Nice to Have:

● Experience with Tanstack React Query

● Familiarity with Tailwind CSS

● Proven ability to optimize frontend performance

● Backend experience with FastAPI, SQLAlchemy, Alembic, and Postgres

● Experience working in designless workflows (e.g., Lovable-first UI iterations instead of Figma)
