Full Stack Engineer - AI - New York

A Seed funded fast-growing AI company building state-of-the-art language models that help organizations understand and act on complex documents with human-level accuracy are looking for a Full Stack Engineer to join their team.

What will I be doing:

• Build interfaces, tools, and infrastructure that help thousands of developers and enterprises use our models
• Ship features to our open source repos, API, and internal tooling
• Design and build frontend experiences that make document parsing interactive and understandable
• Optimize inference performance and improve framework reliability
• Engage with our community on Github and Discord - collect feedback, debug issues, and identify improvements
• Work directly with customers on POCs, demos, and implementation support
• Shape how people interact with OCR, extraction, and document-understanding systems across the full stack

What are we looking for:

• 5+ years of Full Stack development experience building APIs and/or developer-focused products
• Experience building in early-stage startup environments
• Track record of shipping meaningful products supporting thousands of active users
• Proven experience engaging with customers for feedback and iteration
• Ability to thrive at the intersection of engineering, product, and user experience
• Strong sense of autonomy and ownership with ability to move quickly
• Experience with document processing or developer tools would be a bonus
