Fullstack Engineer

Full-Stack Engineer (AI Agents) – NYC (Fully Onsite) 

A fast-growing pre-Series A startup building AI Agents for CPAs and accounting teams are on the lookout for a Full Stack Engineer to join the team. 

What will I be doing?

• Build end-to-end product features across frontend, backend, infrastructure, and AI systems
• Architect and develop Node.js microservices and scalable APIs
• Design systems that handle complex financial and audit data
• Build and integrate LLM-powered agents using Python
• Work on prompt engineering, RAG pipelines, and tool-use architectures
• Deploy and maintain Dockerized services and AWS infrastructure
• Own CI/CD pipelines, monitoring, and system reliability
• Collaborate closely with the team to ship features quickly and improve system architecture

What we’re looking for

• 3+ years of full-stack engineering experience
• Strong experience with Node.js and Python
• Comfortable working across backend, infrastructure, and AI systems
• Experience with LLMs, RAG pipelines, or AI product development is highly valued
• Experience with Docker, AWS, CI/CD, and cloud infrastructure
• Comfortable working startup hours and taking ownership from day one
• Ivy League graduates with strong technical ability will also be considered
