What You’ll Do

• Build full-stack features using TypeScript (React/Next.js) and Python (FastAPI/Django)
• Develop scalable APIs and backend services powering AI-driven decision systems
• Productionise machine learning models into real-world workflows
• Optimise performance, reliability, and system efficiency
• Ship quickly in a collaborative, high-accountability engineering culture

What We’re Looking For

• Final-year or recent CS graduates from top-ranked global universities
• Strong fundamentals: algorithms, data structures, distributed systems
• Hands-on experience in Python and/or TypeScript from internships or advanced projects
• Evidence of excellence: open-source, research, hackathons, impactful university work
• Curious, ambitious engineers who want to solve hard problems at scale
• Ability to work onsite in Denver at least 3 days/week
