🚨 Okta Specialists – This One's for You! 🚨
I'm recruiting for a Senior IAM Engineer to join a leading global financial services organisation in Central London.
We're not looking for a generalist cybersecurity professional. We need someone who really knows Okta inside out and has hands-on experience building, automating and improving enterprise identity platforms.
💰 Salary: £60,000–£90,000
📍 Location: Central London (4 days onsite)
💼 Position: Senior IAM Engineer
🔧 What you'll be working on:
- Developing and maintaining Okta Workflows
- Automating Joiner/Mover/Leaver (JML) processes
- Implementing Okta Identity Governance (OIG)
- Building and troubleshooting Okta group rules and security policies
- Managing SSO, application integrations and lifecycle provisioning
- Working across Okta, Microsoft Entra ID and Active Directory
🎯 What we're looking for:
- Strong, hands-on Okta engineering experience
- Proven experience developing Okta Workflows in production
- Experience with Okta Identity Governance
- Strong understanding of SAML, OIDC, SCIM and identity lifecycle management
- Practical knowledge of Entra ID, Active Directory and PowerShell
- Someone who enjoys solving complex technical problems rather than just administering existing systems
