Infrastructure Engineer - Cambridge, MA (Onsite)


An MIT spin-out building a platform that makes AI faster, cheaper, and easier to deploy - cutting costs up to 90% with 2×-15× performance gains for enterprise customers is looking for a Senior Infrastructure Engineer to join their team.


What Will I Be Doing?


  • Design, build, and maintain secure infrastructure for Fortune 500 AI deployments
  • Package, release, and manage lifecycle of customer-distributed components (Helm charts, CRDs, operators)
  • Provide infrastructure guidance across AWS, GCP, and Azure with deep knowledge of each platform's quirks
  • Design artifact distribution via OCI registries, GitOps pipelines, and private repos
  • Define contracts between cloud-hosted and customer-hosted environments
  • Implement versioning, upgrade paths, rollback mechanisms, and zero-downtime deployments


What We're Looking For:


  • 5+ years infrastructure/DevOps experience with production Kubernetes expertise
  • Kubernetes expertise - written Helm charts, CRDs, deployed operators/controllers in production
  • Multi-cloud fluency - Hands-on experience with AWS, GCP, and Azure quirks and best practices
  • Experience designing software distribution for on-prem/customer-hosted deployments
  • Terraform, CI/CD (GitHub Actions, ArgoCD), container registries, scripting (Bash/Go/Python)
