An innovative lab that builds AI-powered developer tools designed to autonomously understand, analyze, and repair complex software systems are looking for a Machine Learning Engineer to join their team.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Build autonomous developer agents that reason about and repair code by fine-tuning models (LoRA, QLoRA, RLHF/RLAIF) and orchestrating multi-agent systems that connect compilers, test harnesses, linters, and runtime logs using LangChain or custom frameworks
  • Optimize and deploy at scale by implementing modern inference stacks (vLLM, TensorRT-LLM, Triton, Flash-Attention), generating high-quality datasets through fuzzing and self-instruct loops, and enriching models with low-level code representations (AST, CFG, IR)
  • Ensure security and reliability by implementing guardrails against prompt injection and abuse, building observability into agent runtimes, maintaining compliance (SOC2, HIPAA, GDPR), and shipping production-ready features in weeks through cross-functional collaboration

What We're Looking For:

  • 8+ years in ML with with NLP/LLMs experience
  • Proven track record shipping agentic systems coordinating multiple tools/APIs in production
  • Background at leading LLM labs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Inflection, Adept, Cognition, Magic.dev) is a strong plus
  • Expert in PyTorch (or JAX) with Transformers/PEFT; hands-on CUDA/Triton/XLA experience a plus
