The role:
- Design and scale LLM workflows for financial and document-heavy use cases
- Lead the full ML lifecycle: data pipelines, model training, tuning, evaluation, and deployment
- Improve performance across GPU and distributed setups
- Work with both open-source and commercial LLMs to push real product impact
- Partner closely with the founding team on roadmap decisions and fast prototyping
- Build the early standards for future AI hires and engineering culture
