About the Role
This is a high-impact ML engineering role focused on building the core models and systems that drive automated decision-making. You won’t just train models—you’ll design the financial logic and execution systems that determine how real capital is deployed in dynamic markets. From identifying inefficiencies to executing decisions in production, you’ll own the full lifecycle.
Responsibilities
- Design Core Algorithms: Build models to predict value (e.g., LTV), optimize budget allocation, and detect performance degradation signals
- Build Execution Systems: Develop robust API integrations to deploy decisions in real time across major platforms
- Own Production ML: Take models from prototype → production with strong monitoring, latency control, and drift detection
- Backtest & Validate: Create simulation frameworks to test strategies before real-world deployment
Qualifications
- 4+ years applying ML/optimization in real-world systems
- Strong foundation in statistics, probability, and linear algebra
- Experience deploying models in high-throughput production environments
- Comfortable balancing speed vs. rigor—shipping quickly, then scaling thoughtfully
- Thinks in systems, not scripts
Required Skills
- Background in quantitative finance, trading systems, or ad-tech (RTB)
- Experience with convex optimization or advanced optimization techniques
- Familiarity with AI-assisted development workflows

Pay range and compensation package
- $160,000 – $250,000 base salary
