Power Lead, Power Delivery Systems – Boston, MA (Onsite)

I'm currently hiring for an early-stage semiconductor startup developing next-generation power delivery technology for high-performance computing and advanced semiconductor systems. They're building a brand-new 3D heterogeneous integration platform combining silicon, GaN power devices and advanced packaging technologies, targeting applications across AI data centers, next-generation compute infrastructure, defense and aerospace.

They're looking for an experienced Power Delivery Engineer who enjoys taking ownership of complex engineering challenges from first principles. This is a rare opportunity to join as a founding technical lead, define vertical power delivery architecture from day one, and lead the development of highly efficient power systems from initial design through tape-out and production, working directly with hyperscaler and AI accelerator partners.

What they're looking for:

• MS with 8+ years or PhD with 5+ years of relevant experience, or equivalent practical experience
• Strong experience with power electronics and power delivery systems for high-performance compute or data centers
• Deep understanding of 48V power architectures, point-of-load conversion and vertical power delivery
• Experience with GaN power devices, high-frequency converters and power integrity
• Proven experience taking power delivery products from architecture through tape-out, validation and qualification
• Experience with advanced packaging, co-packaged power stages or hyperscaler power systems is a strong plus

• $150K–$220K base + founding-team equity
