Senior Fullstack Engineer

Full Stack Product Engineer - San Francisco Bay Area (Hybrid) 

A seed-stage, YC-backed startup building AI agents that help B2B and B2G sales teams win complex, high-value deals in a trillion-dollar market are looking for a Senior Full Stack Product Engineer to join their team. 

What will I be doing:

• Owning the end-to-end development of product features, from early concept through to production
• Leading the frontend from a technical perspective (React, TypeScript, Next.js), while contributing meaningfully to the backend (Python/Django, APIs)
• Designing and building high-quality, intuitive user experiences for enterprise users
• Working closely with customers and internal stakeholders to translate feedback into product improvements
• Helping define technical direction and best practices as the engineering team scales
• Building fast, reliable, and scalable systems in a high-growth environment (10x growth in the last 6 months)

What we are looking for:

• 5+ years of experience in full-stack or product-focused engineering roles
• Strong frontend expertise with React, TypeScript, and modern UI frameworks
• Good backend experience with Python, Django, and APIs 
• Experience building and scaling B2B or enterprise products
• A product mindset and a high bar for UX, performance, and code quality
• The ability to operate as a technical lead on the frontend without needing heavy process or structure
• Strong problem-solving skills and clear communication
• Experience integrating LLMs or AI/ML products (OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.)
