Senior Technical Program Manager

🚀 Hiring: Technical Program Manager – Embedded Software

📍 Remote across the US & Canada

We’re working with a high-growth (Series B - $144m) semiconductor company building a next-generation AI accelerator and looking for a TPM with deep embedded systems and silicon programme experience.

This is not a generic software TPM role. You’ll own execution across firmware, Linux drivers, silicon, validation and platform engineering, from pre-silicon development through tape-out, bring-up, board readiness and customer deployment.

Key requirements:

• 8+ years in technical programme/project management

• Direct ownership of a silicon or compute-platform programme

• Strong hands-on programme depth in PCIe and DDR / memory subsystems

• Experience with AI accelerators, GPUs, NPUs, DSPs or heterogeneous compute

• Working knowledge of Linux kernel drivers, DMA, interrupts, boot flows and hardware/software interfaces

• Experience with silicon bring-up, JTAG, hardware validation and pre-silicon simulation/emulation

• Strong cross-functional leadership across hardware and software teams

Best suited to TPMs from semiconductor, accelerator, GPU, SoC, networking silicon, storage controller or server-platform environments.

The key challenge is owning a complex, hardware-coupled programme where PCIe, DDR, embedded software and silicon bring-up are all on the critical path.
