What you’ll do
- Design and deliver high-impact features across the stack
- Take full ownership of production code across Python, Node.js and React
- Plug in modern AI/ML tooling, including LangChain and open-source LLMs
- Partner directly with the founder on product direction, tech decisions and scale
- Help shape the engineering culture through strong coding standards and thoughtful reviews
- Move quickly: ship, measure, improve, and keep the cycle tight
