A revolutionary startup that's completely rebuilding the foundation of the insurance claims processing industry who have reached 7-figure ARR in under nine months and having a 13x oversubscribed Seed Round with an imminent Series A are looking for Software Engineers to join their team.

What Will I Be Doing:

• Ship from day one by deploying to production immediately and taking full ownership of your code
• Design core infrastructure by owning our database architecture (PostgreSQL, vector DBs), cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP), and API development (REST, GraphQL)
• Build at speed by creating specs, implementing features, and delivering production-grade Python code that scales
• Drive technical direction by helping shape the technical foundation of a company that's reinventing a trillion-dollar industry

What We're Looking For:

• Backend-focused software engineer with 1+ years’ experience shipping production systems and clear indicators of technical excellence (top-tier companies, quant firms, elite academics, competitions, or applied research)
• Strong Python backend skills, including building APIs and databases, deploying AI/ML into production (LLMs, RAG, multimodal), and working with cloud and containerised systems
• High-ownership, fast-paced mindset with strong communication skills and the ability to deliver end-to-end impact
