Hiring: Founding Engineer – Applied AI

📍 Remote (U.S.) | NYC & California hubs

I’m working with a well-funded applied AI research lab building an AI system designed to act as an autonomous investor - capable of breaking down financial questions, writing data-science code, and generating predictions about markets.

This is a founding engineer role working directly with the founders to build core systems and improve the intelligence of the platform.

💻 What you’ll do

• Build and improve AI agent workflows and Python backend systems

• Ship production code quickly and own projects end-to-end

• Improve system reasoning, evaluation loops, and output quality
