🧠 What We’re Looking For

This is a hands-on Technical Lead role (≈60% coding / 40% team leadership). You’ll own a major technical domain end-to-end while building and leading a small, high-caliber engineering team.

We’re looking for deep expertise in either:

• Systems / compilers / developer tooling

or

• Production ML systems / LLM-powered platforms.

Across both paths, you:

• Have led and delivered complex initiatives through a team

• Have hired and managed engineers directly

• Set architectural direction while remaining hands-on in code

• Thrive in high-ownership, startup environments.
