We’re working with a fast-growing AI infrastructure company building the expert reasoning and data systems that help frontier AI labs train more capable models.

Rather than relying on traditional crowdsourced annotation, the company captures how verified experts actually reason through complex tasks — including the trade-offs, decisions and judgment behind the final answer — and turns that into high-quality training and evaluation data for advanced AI systems.

They’ve already raised a $30M Series A at a $300M valuation, are highly profitable, and work with some of the biggest names in frontier AI.

The Role

As one of the core engineers, you’ll have significant ownership from day one, building and scaling the infrastructure behind the platform.

Here's a few other things you'll be doing!

🐍Building complex data-capture workflows across Python and Next.js

⚙️Working with technologies such as Redis, Elasticsearch, Kafka and RabbitMQ

🧑 💻Building scalable systems across AWS / GCP

🤝Work closely with the founding team to ship quickly and influence product direction

📈Own major projects end-to-end

📚Strong education, top university graduates

💪Strong Python + JavaScript / Next.js experience

🔨Backend, infrastructure or data-platform engineering depth

☁️Experience with cloud and serverless architecture

📊Strong production ownership — ideally within a startup or high-growth environment
