After recently completing my studies in Criminology and Criminal Justice at the University of Hertfordshire, I jumped straight into a career at Acceler8. I knew I wanted to start my career in a fast-paced, people-focused environment, having spent much of my previous work experience in customer-facing roles. Moving into recruitment felt like a natural fit, and I haven’t looked back since.
Outside of work, I’ve always been a competitive dancer, an experience that has taught me resilience, discipline and the importance of working together towards a shared goal. I’ve carried these qualities into recruitment, where I’m driven by results, motivated by success and always looking for ways to improve.
I believe recruitment brings together everything I’ve gained from university, my previous work experience and dance, allowing me to make a real impact while doing something I genuinely enjoy.
