What you'll be doing:

• Customer Success & Technical Implementation. Serve as the primary technical expert and advocate for enterprise customers deploying AI solutions at scale, working hands-on with diverse organizations including government agencies, airlines, and private equity firms to ensure successful custom deployments and optimal user experiences.
• Cross-Functional Technical Delivery. Handle day-to-day technical responsibilities including customizing AI workflows, building automation processes, deploying microservices, prompt engineering, and maintaining direct communication with prospects and existing clients while collaborating closely with engineering, sales, and executive leadership teams.

What We're Looking For: 

• Proficiency in NodeJS, Python, AWS, and TypeScript
• Hands-on experience deploying backend services (APIs, microservices)
• Working knowledge of large language models (OpenAI API, Langchain/LangGraph, HuggingFace)
• Demonstrated self-direction through side projects, consulting work, or entrepreneurial ventures.
• Previous experience in a customer-facing role
