A well-funded AI startup who are accelerating scientific R&D by combining AI, robotics, and materials science to revolutionize how materials are discovered and developed are looking for a Frontend Engineer to join their team.

What will I be doing?

• Developing complex, data-heavy web applications.
• Turning product and research workflows into intuitive, high-fidelity user interfaces.
• Building real-time dashboards, AI-integrated features, and interactive 3D/data visualizations.
• Designing scalable frontend architecture with strong performance and state management.
• Contributing to testing, CI/CD, and engineering best practices.

What we’re looking for:

• 4+ years’ experience with JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML, and CSS.
• Strong experience with a modern framework (Svelte, React/Vue).
• Deep understanding of reactive frameworks, async data, and frontend performance.
• Experience with modern tooling (Vite, Node.js) and frontend testing practices.
• Strong CSS skills (Tailwind a plus) and attention to UI detail.
• Clear communicator, comfortable working cross-functionally and leveraging AI development tools.
