A Seed-stage BioTech startup developing protein foundation models for human health and advanced manufacturing are looking for a Machine Learning Research Scientist to join their fast growing team.
What Will I Be Doing?
- Design and build foundation models from scratch
- Implement your own research ideas in a fast-paced startup environment
- Collaborate with experimental team to validate designs
- Contribute to scaling experiments and model releases
What Are We Looking For?
- PhD in CS/Stats/ML/Math with publications at top venues (NeurIPS, ICML, ICLR, etc.)
- Strong coding skills and experience shipping complex ML systems
- Deep mathematical background and research leadership experience
- Mission-driven mindset - genuinely excited about world-changing impact
- High ownership, adaptability, and willingness to work hard in startup environment
