🚀 Principal Python Engineer – Modeling & Simulation

We’re hiring a hands-on Python Engineer to build advanced modeling, simulation and code-translation systems for mission-critical applications.
What you’ll build
⚙️ Production Python platforms
🧠 Agentic AI and distributed workflows
🔁 Queues, state machines and backend services
🔌 REST, GraphQL and gRPC APIs
🧩 Code-analysis, static-analysis and translation tools
☁️ Cloud-based, containerized systems
Strong signals
✅ Deep production Python experience
✅ C++ and AFSIM, or comparable simulation exposure
✅ Complex backend or distributed-system ownership
✅ Strong understanding of APIs, data structures, failure handling and performance
✅ Experience in defense, autonomy, robotics, aerospace, geospatial, logistics or operations research
✅ Clear, confident communication about systems you personally designed and shipped
Senior and Principal candidates should also demonstrate technical leadership and mentorship while remaining hands-on.
