I'm hiring an RF Systems Engineer to join an exciting MIT-rooted semiconductor startup developing next-generation RF technology through advanced multi-material 3D chip integration.
This is an opportunity to work on cutting-edge RF/mmWave systems, phased arrays and beamforming technology, with significant technical ownership in a highly innovative engineering team.
Core skills we're looking for:
- Strong RF/microwave/mmWave front-end systems experience
- Exposure to phased arrays, antenna arrays or beamforming
- Experience with RF system design, simulation, testing or validation
- Strong understanding of RF fundamentals and system-level performance
- Master's or PhD in Electrical Engineering or a related field preferred
