small, seriously capable data team.

This one sits right in the sweet spot between analytics and data engineering.

🐍 Python + SQL

⚙️ Build ETL pipelines, data models & reporting infrastructure

🏗️ Help shape the wider data platform

💳 Work with real payments, credit & commercial data

🎯 Own problems end-to-end

🤝 Work directly with the Head of Data

🏠 Genuinely remote across the UK — meet in London roughly once a quarter

They want someone who can take a messy business/data problem, figure out what needs building, and then actually build it.

You could currently be a Senior/Principal Data Analyst, Analytics Engineer or Analytics Lead — title matters much less than technical ownership.

Python AND SQL are essential.
