We’re hiring Software Engineers for an early-stage defence AI company building technology to detect and conduct a new class of AI-powered cyber operations.
The team is tackling problems at the intersection of AI, cybersecurity and large-scale systems — processing huge volumes of multimodal and time-series data, identifying meaningful signals in extremely noisy environments, and building AI systems that can reason and act over long time horizons.
The Role
You’ll work across the stack on technically difficult problems spanning backend systems, data infrastructure, ML and AI agents, with significant ownership over what gets built and how.
This isn’t an AI wrapper role. You’ll be building the underlying systems needed to deploy AI against complex, real-world national security problems.
Looking for:
- Exceptional software engineering fundamentals
- Strong Python, backend, systems or ML experience
- Experience owning difficult technical problems end-to-end
- Ability to operate effectively in a fast-moving, high-ownership environment
