About the job
A well-funded and rapidly growing AI hardware company is hiring Design Verification Engineers. This team is building next-generation silicon designed to push the limits of performance and efficiency for large-scale AI systems.
If you're excited about enabling cutting-edge AI models through advanced hardware innovation, this is an opportunity to work on complex, high-impact silicon programs from architecture through production.
About the Role:
- Contribute to a scalable verification methodology spanning block, subsystem, full-chip, and system-level validation
- Own key areas of subsystem and chip-level verification, including development of testbenches, tests, and supporting infrastructure to achieve structural and functional coverage closure
- Drive verification planning and execution, leading reviews of test plans, progress, and closure milestones through design freeze and tapeout
- Partner cross-functionally to ensure performant, functionally correct silicon across compute, memory management, high-speed interconnect, and related domains
Who You Are:
- Proven concept-to-silicon experience, driving verification from architectural/design specification through production silicon
- Strong hands-on experience with SystemVerilog, Python, C/C++, Bluespec, or similar languages used for verification and silicon modeling
- Production experience with modern verification methodologies, including UVM and assertion-based verification (ABV); comfort with both formal and simulation-based approaches is required
- Experience developing portable tests and drivers that support both pre-silicon verification and post-silicon validation/debug
- Deep understanding of microarchitecture and design principles for high-performance compute systems (CPUs, GPUs, accelerators), high-speed connectivity, memory management, and related technologies
- Familiarity with emulation and prototyping platforms is a plus
- Experience participating in silicon bring-up and debug is a plus
This is a high-visibility opportunity to help define and verify advanced silicon powering the next wave of AI innovation. If you’re motivated by solving complex hardware challenges that directly accelerate AI progress, we’d love to connect.
