Senior / Staff Product Engineer - San Francisco
A high-growth, AI-powered hiring marketplace backed by leading Silicon Valley investors and iconic tech founders are on the lookout for Engineers to join their team.
What will I be doing:
- Lead the design and build of complex, user-facing product features across frontend and backend
- Architect scalable systems that intelligently match candidates and companies using proprietary marketplace data
- Ship AI-powered tools (LLM-driven workflows, automated summaries, smart matching, recruiter enablement tooling)
- Balance engineering excellence with product velocity
What we’re looking for:
- 5–8+ years of experience as a Senior, Lead, or Staff-level engineer
- Strong full-stack or frontend expertise (TypeScript, React, NextJS, backend systems)
- A product mindset
- High agency and strong intuition for pragmatic, scalable system design
- Experience shipping polished, end-to-end features
- Experience building or shipping LLM-powered features is a plus
