Emma joined the Understanding Recruitment team in 2019 after nearly a decade in the recruitment industry. As the Head of the Learning & Development team, Emma is committed to equipping everyone in the Understanding Recruitment Group with the skills and knowledge necessary to deliver outstanding results for our clients and candidates. She takes great satisfaction in seeing the team and business grow and thrive. 

 When she's not at work, Emma is busy with her young family.
