We’re partnering with a fast-growing AI-native startup rebuilding core infrastructure for one of the world’s largest industries: insurance claims.

This team is deploying mission-critical AI systems for major insurers, already processing thousands of claims monthly, scaling rapidly, and backed by leading investors behind some of the most important AI companies.

The role:

• Own customer deployments from post-sale through go-live

• Act as the key point of contact for senior client stakeholders

• Work across architecture, data models, workflows, and implementation plans

• Translate complex client needs into clear engineering priorities

• Partner with sales and engineering to drive successful deployments and expansion

You’ll thrive here if you:

Ideal background:

• 2–5 years in consulting, deployment, solutions, implementation, or technical client-facing roles

• Strong technical foundations, ideally CS or engineering-adjacent experience

• Exceptional communication and client presence

• High agency, high standards, and strong execution

This is an intense, in-person San Francisco role with an elite team from top engineering, AI, and trading backgrounds. Full visa sponsorship and relocation support available.
