What You’ll Work On:
- Build LTV prediction models to forecast customer value
- Develop risk-aware systems to optimize budget allocation
- Create real-time execution systems across Meta, Google & TikTok APIs
- Own the full ML lifecycle from experimentation to production
- Design simulation & backtesting frameworks before deployment
- Implement observability tools to monitor performance and drift
What They’re Looking For:
- 3+ years building and deploying production ML / optimization systems
- Strong judgment on deep learning vs classical ML approaches
- Ability to implement research with a pragmatic, results-driven mindset
- Experience building scalable, reliable systems under real-world constraints
