About the job

We’re building an AI recruiting marketplace that helps companies fill critical roles faster by pairing specialist recruiters with automation and matching tools.

This role is for product-minded engineers who ship end-to-end features with speed and polish across frontend, backend, and UX, and who want to build AI-native workflow tooling used in production.

If you’re high-agency and love building user-facing systems that move metrics, this role is for you.

🔧 What You’ll Do

  • Ship end-to-end product features across frontend, backend, and UX (Next.js/React + Vue)
  • Build recruiter workflow tools that save hours per week (AI notes/summaries, sequencing, extensions, automation)
  • Improve matching and search systems connecting candidates and roles using structured proprietary data
  • Design and iterate on marketplace mechanics (incentives, liquidity loops, supply/demand health)
  • Move fast: prototype → ship → measure → iterate in tight loops

What We’re Looking For

Strong experience building modern, user-facing web products in production.

Deep fluency in TypeScript, React, and frontend architecture at scale.

Ability to ship polished end-to-end features quickly — from UI to backend integration.

Strong product intuition around UX, workflows, and high-leverage interface design.

Comfort owning complex frontend systems with real constraints and edge cases.

🌟 Nice to Haves

Experience with Next.js, design systems, and performance-sensitive frontend work.

Shipped AI- or LLM-powered features embedded directly into product workflows.

Built tooling-heavy products (dashboards, extensions, sequencing, internal platforms).

Experience working in fast-moving teams where engineers drive product direction.

🧭 Why This Role

Build the core product surface area used daily by recruiters and hiring teams.

Work on high-velocity frontend systems where UX and speed matter deeply.

High ownership in a small team shipping AI-native workflow tools at scale.
