🚀 Our client — a UK-founded Defence AI company expanding its US engineering capability — is hiring a Senior Full Stack Engineer (Virginia / Remote).

They’re building sovereign AI technology deployed across Defence and Security environments, combining modern AI, large-scale data processing and secure infrastructure to help users make better decisions in high-consequence environments.

The role:

✅ Build and ship Python-heavy backend and data systems from problem definition through production

✅ Own meaningful product functionality end-to-end rather than a narrow piece of the stack

✅ Work across backend, data engineering, ML/AI tooling and frontend when needed

✅ Build complete features across Python and modern frontend technologies such as React or Vue

✅ Work directly with customer and mission stakeholders to turn ambiguous problems into technical solutions

✅ Become a senior technical contributor as the US engineering capability grows
