I'm partnering with a photonic-computing startup building next-generation photonic compute to hire a Photonics Test Engineer
You'll own hands-on testing and characterization across photonic hardware, from device-level measurements through module and system validation
🧠 What you'll be working on:
- Build and run photonics / optoelectronics test setups
- Characterize devices, submodules and modules
- Own test plans, instrumentation and data analysis
- Diagnose hardware performance and failure mechanisms
- Perform thermal and temperature-dependent validation
- Develop both manual and automated measurement workflows
