They’re looking for engineers who are genuinely strong in Python and have personally designed, shipped and operated complex production systems at scale.

The role:

✅ Build and own production Python backend systems end-to-end

✅ Design scalable APIs, services, data models and system boundaries

✅ Build complex data ingestion and orchestration pipelines

✅ Work across distributed systems, queues, state management and cloud infrastructure

✅ Solve challenging problems around scale, reliability, consistency and failure handling

✅ Own architecture and implementation decisions through to production
