• Own the end-to-end data stack (Snowflake + dbt + pipelines)
• Re-architect data models powering reporting, ops, and future ML
• Build self-healing ETL pipelines with proactive monitoring
• Create clean, intuitive data layers used across product, ops, and analytics
• Partner with engineering to ensure high-quality data from source → insight
• Introduce best practices across testing, CI/CD, and data quality

🎯 What you need:

• 5+ years in Data / Analytics Engineering
• Deep experience with modern warehouses (Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift)
• Strong SQL + performance tuning skills
• Experience building scalable pipelines + data models
• Someone comfortable with full ownership (this is a 0→1 role)
