Senior Software Engineer (Platform) - HealthTech - San Francisco (Hybrid)

A leading AI healthcare company building the intelligence platform that powers real-time clinical documentation and workflow are looking for a Senior Software Engineer to join their Platform team.

What will I be doing:

• Design and architect scalable, reliable platform infrastructure that underpins every product experience clinicians depend on daily
• Lead high-value platform initiatives end-to-end, from system design through to deployment
• Proactively identify and resolve system bottlenecks before they impact customers
• Raise the bar on code quality and contribute to engineering processes that enable confident, fast delivery

What we're looking for:

• 5+ years' experience tackling complex, zero-to-one software engineering problems across multiple teams
• Comfortable working on modern infrastructure stacks including cloud providers (AWS, GCP), containers (Docker), queuing systems (SQS, Kafka) and databases (Postgres)
• Proven ability to own and drive technical initiatives from inception to successful outcomes
