Silicon Architect/Implementer

Acceler8 Talent is partnered with a stealth-stage hardware startup building next-generation infrastructure for frontier AI and is seeking a Silicon Architect/Implementer to help drive first-silicon execution. This hands-on, high-impact role is focused on implementing and delivering performant, scalable architecture for large-scale GenAI workloads.

Key Responsibilities:

• Translate AI and system workloads into efficient hardware architectures
• Collaborate across design, verification, software, and systems teams
• Deliver architecture specs, models, and working code
• Drive architectural validation through modeling, simulation, and prototyping
• Contribute to pre- and post-silicon debug and bring-up

Qualifications:

• Proven experience owning subsystem or chip-level architecture from concept to silicon
• Proficiency in SystemVerilog, C/C++, Python, or similar languages
• Experience architecting for high-performance ML, compute, networking, or storage
• Strong debugging and system-level problem-solving skills
• Firmware or software development experience is a plus

This is a hybrid role in Mountain View, CA.
