Founding Engineer | Onsite – New York City | Base up to $300k + Equity
We are scaling a a well-funded, seed-stage startup rethinking performance marketing from the ground up using AI agents. Backed by top investors and already working with real customers, they are building systems that don’t just optimize ads - they reason, adapt, and learn.
They are looking for Founding Engineers to help define the technical and product foundations of the company.
What you’ll work on
- Design and build autonomous, agent-based systems for performance marketing
- Tackle frontier ML problems: reinforcement learning, bandits, reasoning, and agent reliability
- Build and scale data infrastructure and model-serving pipelines
- Develop systems for ad creative generation, testing, and experimentation
- Take ownership of ambiguous, high-impact problems from first principles to production
- Partner directly with the founders on architecture, technical direction, and long-term vision
